The upper ridge over Texas will shift into the Gulf of Mexico, - TopicsExpress

The upper ridge over Texas will shift into the Gulf of Mexico, continuing the northerly flow aloft and, therefore, northerly to southerly motion for storms that develop. At the surface, the high in the eastern U.S. and western Atlantic will bring a mainly easterly flow. Temps will be a little cooler on the east coast (upper 80s) as the interior and western peninsula locations will likely bake in the lower 90s (with some mid 90s in the panhandle). Rain chances will remain at or above 50 percent in the panhandle, interior and western peninsula on Wednesday while chances will be a little lower on and around the east coast. Once again, heat indices will likely hang around the 100-degree mark. Stay cool and hydrated, my friends. - C.R.
