The use of “AFRICAN MENTALITY” means less. African mentality is considered in some quarters as a derogatory conception of low state of African sense; it is considered, in this sense, as a wrong approach in giving the African man a weary condition in understanding and reasoning. On the other side, African mentality could be an enhancing productive factor in building what is good in African sense; this includes culture, arts and tradition etc. The distinction in the flow of thought about African mentality is seen clearer in the ability to interpret the different conditions. In all the use of AFRICAN MENTALITY means less.
