The weather is changing and becoming very cold with a wintery mix on the way. There are so many chained dogs that are going to have to suffer through the freezing weather. My plan is to go to Moberly the weekend of Dec. 21st (unable to do it sooner due to work schedule) to pass out food and straw to chained dogs to help keep them warm. If you see a chained or penned dog in need of straw, please consider getting a bale of straw and asking owner if you can put it in the doghouse. PM me if you need help with this. Contact me if you see a dog without shelter. Speak for those that cant speak for themselves!
