The wonderful legendary Joe Cocker with his gutsy, gravelly, vocal style and simply unique stage presence died last night. He was propelled to pop stardom when his version of The Beatles With A Little Help from My Friends reached number one in 1968. Cocker turned the song into a soul anthem... I saw him in the 1990s and that night we danced, laughed and sang with him and all the audience in wild abandon...his voice will forever be etched in our memories.
