The word faggot is like calling someone a nigger, it carries oppression behind it. And It shows your fascist with not a lot of sense. Sure a lot of people use it like a casual phrase, but its still not right. And when some one calls me it (while there at work and im working with them)..............for doing something I love. Then you can be sure im taking to the highest degree and escalating it to a formal complaint. Hope the individual doesnt enjoy where he works because if he carries on chucking out Homophobic and Fascist terms. I can almost guarantee he wont be at his job role much longer. :D
