The world just doesnt understand this message. When facing trials, temptations, hardships, I should PRAISE the Lord??? It just doesnt compute in a non-believers mind. Ah, but the proof is in the praising. Just begin to tell the Lord, God Almighty, how worthy He is; how majestic is His name; how good and gracious He is; how marvelous, how wonderful, how loving, how kind. Praising Him in spite of your situation or circumstance breaks chains, opens prison doors, closes mouths of lions, causes walls to fall down, rain to stop...and start again, fire to come from Heaven, and lives to be changed. Praising Him even when you dont feel like it, lifts you up from the depths of despair, elevates your soul into the throne room of Heaven, into the presence of the Creator of the entire universe, face-to-face with the sovereign Lord, and into the arms of the Father who treasures you deeply. He is FOR you and no power on Earth or in Heaven above can separate you from His love! Praise Him! Praise Him now! Praise Him often!
