The world lost a Great man today, and Heaven gained a warrior. A - TopicsExpress

The world lost a Great man today, and Heaven gained a warrior. A man who served his country without question, with great pride and valor. A man who loved god and considered riches not to be measured by possessions or dollar signs. riches are defined by the people you allow into your life, the love you give them and the love you gain in return. His pride was his family of which there are far to many for me to count right now, but each of you know who you are. he was a wonderful and loving husband and father who instilled in my sisters and I the value of honesty, love, equality and the desire to never stop learning. if you had the privilege of knowing him you knew he made the world a better place to live in. and if you had the fortune to be a part of his life you couldnt imagine the world without him in it. He taught me the meaning of what it took to be a man and to never judge because you dont know what makes a person who they are. Always good for a laugh even if it was a naughty joke and always had a grin on his lovely face I would say a smile but thats not accurate it went past a smile to a flat out beaming grin! there is so much more to say but it would be like writing a book which he would probably read, always had his nose in a book :) So ill close this post with sadness and happiness to the greatest dad a guy could ever hope for.... Rest In Peace my Father. I will LOVE you forever your loving son. Edward Wesley Chapman. Edward Litchfield Chapman 9-29-1935 to 8-04-2014 Walking with Jesus!
