The year 2015! The beginning of a new year always causes me to reflect on the past year. Today as I reflect I am aware of the promise that God is with us and He truly walked alongside us as we made our move to Tx. last year. God hears and answers prayer and He never gets weary of our calling out to Him. I am grateful! Last year may have had disappointment, broken dreams, unfulfilled goals and plans. You may have experienced an event that changed your life such as death, abuse, divorce...just to name a few. As you look ahead into the year 2015, be assured He is WITH you and allow His peace to permeate you each moment. Practice praying without ceasing.. It is so easy to be caught up in our troubles and neglect to pray. Abraham Lincoln said n I quote... I have been driven to my knees by the overwhelming conviction that I had nowhere else to go. My own wisdom and that of all about me seemed insufficient for that day... Whatever it is that drives us to our knees Ive discovered is a good thing, and being on our knees is a very safe place to be. God will meet you there..đ As you walk through this year, look for the blessings and you will find them. Begin to count them and they will surely outnumber your troubles. Happy 2015
