The year of 2014 had many milestones for my family. Alex last year in high school and Lauren starting 5th grade. Alex showing her steer and Lauren showing her lamb was memorable. The girls growing fast and strong. The biggest joy was seeing our friends/family in New Mexico, we love you Miranda family. Our biggest lost was the passing of one of our favorite aunt Betty. All together was a new experience, but the greatest accomplishment was seeing our oldest daughter Alex graduate high school and attend her first year in college at Stephen F. Austin. We also were blessed to see her march and perform with SFA Lumberjack Marching Band. She has grown into a beautiful and strong woman and being a great example to her little sister Lauren. Ruben and I have made it to 20 years of marriage, and even though we had doubts and struggles seeing our girls growing up and being responsible and strong have made every struggle worth living. We thank everyone who have been in our lives and supported us. We hope and pray the new year will bring just as much new experiences with family and friends. Love The Silva Family
