The yet unfolding Himalayan tragedy has blasted the preparedness claims of NDMA to smitherees. Also we know that howsoever the corrupt governments loot us in the name of taxes, surcharges, cess, the monies will go to most unproductive schemes, because its not their money. The ministers should be made criminally accountable for spending our hard earned money. Quick questions: 1) How much did settig up the NDMA cost ? 2) Where are the people who are heading this defunct org. 3) They have failed to respond, how should they be punished? 4) Should the salaries / money spent be recovered from them and ministers jointly?
