The youth in Dominica are crying for diversity and creativity! It can be seen in their activities, the talents that they display daily in photography, music, Arts, gaming etc. Each generation brings along its own wind of change and evolutionary traits. The question is are we even looking at it this way? I look at the job pool and diversity is dead among corporate Dominica (correct me if im wrong). Job variety is very little because persons are stuck to what i call traditional employment! No new advancements and possible job opportunities surrounding them. Government boasts NEP program: *what about the persons who are now out of a job because of this program. Employers found the perfect opportunity to let go and pick up persons from the NEP program, who are paid by government instead of the employers themselves. Undermining the very thing it was suppose to mitigate.
