Theatre-people of Facebook! I am looking for good monologues (not self-contained, must be from a play) for high school students. I am trying to put together a range of monologues from various periods and theatrical styles (I already have selections from Shakespeare, Ibsen, Chuck Mee, Sarah Ruhl, Paula Vogel, S. Ansky, Christopher Durang, Theresa Rebeck, Chekhov, and Paul Zindel). Any other ideas? I am especially interested in classical female playwrights.
