Then he said it again: I know it neither sounds right nor look right (it doesn’t have to), but two poor men cannot help themselves. So I inquired a little longer with him, then he said: One of the reasons for their failure is that, the wealth/ asset they should have used to move up the ladder has been lent to another poor man who never repays (not just financially, but intellectually and emotionally). More often than not, the poor man always plays the ‘victim’. He looked into my eyes saying, ‘be careful not to get offended; the offense is the rock upon which a lot of people stumble, and miss the entire lesson’. So I said ‘Thank you’, and was glad in my heart.
