There are also so many senior citizen incarcerated in Muntinlupa without the privilege of seeing a doctor for years languishing in jail, some deserves to be pardoned. What now is the difference compared to Enrile who robbed our country by billions of pesos since the time of Marcos. If he wish to die in jail so be it. Confiscate all his properties in favor of the government. Issue a dishonorable discharge from the government denying any honor accorded only to honorable public servants.
