There are many obstacles to being gluten free, but the worst one is missing good bread. I have tried a lot of premade ones or specialty bakery ones and ones that tragically were destined to be made in my kitchen. NOTHING is the same. It is sad to say, but I am all about honesty. Gluten free has always meant "no more crusty Italian bread smothered in butter (or olive oil)" Until now. Until this delightful woman named Nicole Hunn has generously given of her time and expertise to come up with (drum roll please) "GLUTEN-FREE ON A SHOESTRING BAKES BREAD". I am quite certain that it will be filled with as many delightful things as her other books. They are taking pre-orders now, for shipment around Nov 2013. Pre order it now, and give yourself the gift of edible gluten free bread for Christmas. (seriously, I am wiping away a tear just thinking about it)
