There are many things in life I question and do not understand (the whole Kardashian family comes to mind). But near the top of the list is the evil that exists in the mind of some people. On Sept. 11, 19 highjackers gave this evil a face and forever changed America. As I watch the events being replayed on TV this morning and then look out the window at the beautiful world God created and think of all the good life has to offer I find myself puzzled. However, out of the chaos of that day I saw the face and hands of God in the fire fighters, police officers, and rescue workers, who,did not hesitate to plunge into the fray knowing of the danger to themselves and continued to return day after day. Evil lost out to the bravery shown by the passengers of flight 93 who chose to sacrifice their lives in their own way rather than let evil take the lives of more innocent people. While we will never comprehend some things of this world, we can honor all the innocents by remembering, praying and working together to keep America strong and one nation, under God.
