There are new protests in St. Louis (near Ferguson) after a white, off-duty police officer, who was wearing his uniform while moonlighting on a security job, shot and killed a black 18-year old suspect. [The officers version of the incident is that he gave chase to three suspects of vandalism when one turned and fired three shots before the officer returned fire.
