There are not many people I am aware of doing what we do in the pool every Sunday morning. Layer in all the additional hours everyone does elsewhere in STC, FW, More Pool workouts etc. that add to the improvement of our swim. If you are getting specific stroke assistance at STC, this is the best time to work on it, especially when we are tired like the last 20 minutes of todays workout. Swim mechanics are the first to be kicked to the curb when our arms are tired and that is when you lose efficiency and slow down. Be prepared to be considerably faster than you might expect in the lake this spring. I am serious. :)
