There are over 11,400 children in foster care on any given day. Most children come into state custody due to severe neglect, lack of shelter, abuse, abandonment, incarceration, or death of a parent. Sunbeam Family Services has been serving Oklahoma’s children in Foster Care for over 100 years. Sunbeam provides stable homes and loving families to children in foster care, as well as full support for foster parent/parents such as case management, counseling and high-quality, early childhood education.
