There are several indicators that will inform a believer if they are in fact still operating under Law. I will name a few over the next few days. The religious man will not like these but it is TRUE none the less. First sign that you may be operating under law: 1. You’re not 100% sure if you’re 100% forgiven of ALL Sins(Past, Present & Future). God doesn’t do forgiveness in installments. ALL(Past, Present & Future) your sins were forgiven at the cross (Col 2:13) when God the Son abolished sin by the sacrifice of Himself (Heb 9:26). God the Father does not remember your sin any more(Heb 8:12, Heb 10:17). There will be those who just cannot handle this truth and will slander this truth as well as slander those that proclaim it. The Apostle Paul was NEVER free from those types of accusations either. It is scandalous to think that the preaching/teaching of The Cross of Christ ALONE can lead believers away from both License and Legalism. The Truth is that a believer can ONLY put away the thought of License and Legalism thru a never ending revelation of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified! Rom 3:8 - And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
