There are times when we are bantering, that banter might be misconstrued. If you were offended by it, you call me and you tell me and ask for an explantion. You dont block me and then take screenshot of allegedly what I had said and post it on your page and all your friends (some mine too) whacking me. You put a quote saying Girls no longer cook like their mothers, they drink like their fathers. And your daughter said something n I said to her as daughter to daughter, mark my words, you will too one day...all girls are driven to drink by their fathers. It was a joke -a feminist joke. I wasnt encouraging your daughter to drink and neither was I implying you were a drunkard. And I did not repost that comment again. Seriously, I have better things to do..and I was knocked out for six. Ask my three year old nephew who woke me up from my deep stupor. And some of my friends didnt even bother to clarify with me and jumped into the fray. Thank you for your trust in me. I am a role model to my students, I am a human rights activist, I am an activist for equal rights. Women are wearing trousers to court because of me. And I do charity work. AND I still look after mu parents!! You should be showing me to your daughter as a role model.
