There has never been a law on the books in Canada which made it illegal for a common man to practice law. Judges have usurped the authority to establish local rules of court and have created a local rule that prevents common people from representing any other person in “their” court or to practice law without a licence. For those who don’t know, the Bar Association is simply a ‘lawyers Union’ and when lawyers are accepted into the Bar, they are required to swear allegiance to a foreign power! I say fine! Let them play their little game and swear their allegiance to foreign powers, all they have done is to minimize their standing. It’s time now for us to form our own courts and swear allegiance to the people. We have more authority and jurisdiction than they do because our authority is based on our humanity, which is real, not on some hypothetical power structure, of which there is no evidence of actually existing! They also hold that the rule of law is based on the supremacy of God. Really? Which god and who’s law are they referring to? They will never ever answer that question, their god is not what you think it is and the rule of law is not our laws…even though they go through tremendous effort to conceal its true origins they still can’t completely conceal their fraud. It’s time we stand up, claim our place in this world and form our own courts and start getting some real answers and putting away the real criminals.
