There have been many strange occurrences in my home as of late . Things have been moved , loud crashes in the middle of the night , even full on appearances of a little girl . Not long ago I began to hear a whistle as if someone was trying to get my attention . Sometimes it came from other rooms , other times it came from right beside me I have spent a great deal of time going from room to room trying to locate the source of the whistle and found nothing to explain it. So I came to the conclusion that it was our resident spook trying to gain my attention. I had even come to the conclusion that whoever was whistling was a man by the sound of the whistle . Thus far I had ignored its efforts . However this morning I was gearing up for a very long day and my anxiety level was quite high. When once again I heard the whistle . This time it came from right beside me. Loud and in my ear . I had had enough . I turned my head and yelled , WHAT!!? WHAT DO YOU WANT !? !. I saw nothing there and got no response . But then I looked down and there on the couch beside me sat the culprit . The guilty party was white and its shape was rectangular . It emitted an eerie glow and it flashed a clear message . .....Samsung . The whole time the whistle was coming from my new tablet . I am not yet familiar with all of its functions and the whistle is meant to be a notification that the battery is now fully charged. Note to Self , Self , there is no cure for stupid . However there IS a vaccine for thecnostupid. It is called a manual . Its that booklet written in several different languages that you just threw back in the box. Skip over the Spanish and French pages and read the pages written in English . Its amazing how effective it can be when you actually follow the recommended instructions inside. Love , Me
