There is a cliche that says,Its not what you know, its who you know, and it is often used when it comes to professional networking. Id like to ask, do you know Jesus? Because if you know Him and connected to Him, He will make sure you network with the right people in the right places at the right time. While networking is very important, some of you have been connecting with the wrong people in the wrong places at the wrong time; therefore, you have been getting the results that havent been in your favor. You have been trusting the wrong connections too much, too long. Who are you connected to? Have they been adding to your life or subtracting from your life? Do they ever support you? Are they really happy for your improvements, advancements and contributions in life? Do you really believe they can handle your promotion, success? Pause and think about it. As of this day, you really need to allow God to start ordering your steps so that you can network with the right people who have your best interest at heart. There are so many people in the world who are negative-minded and only for themselves, and they are dream killers. They will not support your good works or push you to your next level. They are quick to tear you down and slow to build you up. If you stay connected to them long enough and share your creative ideas and dreams with them, they will steal your joy, peace, and have you thinking youre not worthy of all the things that God has in store for you. You must realize that your dreams are MEGA, and you are heading in the direction of success; therefore, you MUST NOT share your dreams with everyone, and you MUST be connected to like-minded people who are traveling in the same direction--those who want to fulfill their dreams just as you do. Never forget that Iron sharpens Iron. Keep that in mind as you make connections going forward. Stay Encouraged! Stay Motivated! Stay Close to God!
