There is a company that I may or may not work for. Yesterday they had an annual company wide meeting talking about their goals for the new year and at the top of the list was employee empowerment and retention saying that they wanted to make sure that their employees could make changes and wouldnt quit (because of the learning curve for the job). Then today they told me that If I dindt get 5 times my average sales numbers for the month that I would be fired in 60 days. dammit...looks like they want to retain me but are pushing me out the door. anyone know some good places to work?
