There is a fine line of difference between excecutions by Herr Fuhrer, and excutions as form of punishments in governments across various couries(which ironically could be breached anytime seeing on what ideology they are working). I think that is what he is trying to say. If one fine day, they say that we will kill those who dont give there personal daily activity information, you are giving up your right to life. Will you give it up? Because you know, you dont need it as of now, and you have done what they say, so they arent gonna kill you anyway. Big Brother my ass, NSA.
