There is a juicing revolution going on, especially since Channel 5 broadcast Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead here in the UK. To give you some idea, John Lewis is reporting an increase in juicer sales of 1,886% on last year! Regular readers of this blog will know that I am juicing junkie. I have been juicing since I first read about the idea of drinking your veg in a block by Gillian McKeith and truly believe it has been a key factor in regaining my health and saying goodbye to over 5 stone (70 pounds) of body weight. I’ve read lots of posts on other peoples blogs and Facebook pages lately about juicing being expensive and not really accessible to many people. Last week I suggested I might try to do a juice reboot on a budget and asked on a Facebook page if anyone else fancied joining me. The response was a lot bigger than I expected, but to cut a long story short I’ve launched another website NatutalJuiceJunkie with a shopping list, schedule and all the recipes for the Budget Juice Reboot.
