There is a lie that is being taught in many of our pulpits, in many Churchs. It is one of the biggest lies that the devil, satan has ever come up with. A lie that holds many Christians in fear and bondage. A lie that needs to be exposed and dealt with. What is that lie? That you can lose your Salvation!!! My friend you can no more lose your Salvation, become unborn again, than you can become unborn once you have been born into this world. Each and every one of us were born to parents and it is utterly impossible for us to ever enter back into their bodies. We cannot become a sperm and and egg again and go back into our fathers and mothers bodies. When you get saved you are born of your Heavenly Father, born of His Devine sperm ( 1Peter 1:23 amp ), and you can no more become Devine sperm again than you can become natural sperm. When you got saved, the old you died with Christ ( Rom 6:8, Col 3:3 ). The person you used to be no longer exists. It is dead, buried never to be resurrected again. To say you can lose you Salvation would mean that the new you, the you that is hidden in Christ, would have to die, which means that Christ would have to die also, because you are a part of Him and He is a part of you. It would also mean that the old you would have be recreated as you were a new creation in Christ ( 2 Cor 5:17 ), the old you had gone, gone forever. It would also mean that sin is stronger and has more power than the blood of Christ, and that satan is more powerful than God, in which case none of us would ever get saved in the thirst place. Further more it would also mean that The Word of God is full of lies. For you to lose your Salvation would mean that a God held you sin against you, when time after time The Word of God says He doesnt, ( Rom 4:6-8, Micah 7:18-19, Ps 103:1-22, Heb 8:12, 10:16-17 ) to mention just a few. Salvation is a one time gift, a gift that lasts forever and you cannot and will not ever lose it no matter how bad you sin or mess up. God has promised to never, never, never ever leave you or forsake you, let you down or loose His hold on you ( Heb 11:5 ). You have His Word for it and He sealed it with a His blood. Which means that it is a promise He cannot break and remain alive. If God were to break just one of His promises to you He would cease to exist, as each and every one of His promises is made under a blood covenant, which means it is a promise unto death, the death, instant death of the one who broke it, with no reprieve!!!!
