There is a notice on the postbox on the corner of my road in Hall Green, Birmingham (UK), saying that to improve efficiency (whose?), from 15 September the latest collection will be no earlier than 9.00am Monday to Friday (at present it is 5.30pm), and no earlier than 7.00am Saturday (11.30am). This means that if I post a letter on a given day, *it will not be SENT until the next day*. How then will a First Class letter be delivered next day? I wish to complain very strongly about this. Please do the same!
