There is an age-old fear embedded in the minds of some young millennials when it comes to adding their parents to their social networks. “What if mom writes something embarrassing on my wall,” or, “Dad might make snarky comments on all my selfies.” But according to a new study, teens who friend their parents on Facebook and other social networks experience a closer bond in their offline lives than those who choose to turn a blind eye to friend requests from parents.
