There is another problem with the belief of God and how much you say and how seriously you go about it and it is something that is seen in a lot of mental facilities and people get confused on whether someone is sick or its just a normal belief as it should be. On my first stay when I had my first episode psychosis I was in the ICU ( the worse section of the mental facility ) and I had to intervene with a patient who became too scary for the nurse, I just said to him to stop because he was that into it they even had to give him shock therapy. I recovered pretty quickly and over night it went from extreme to less extreme ( I was that hyped on my first day I actually though about scaling a 10 foot + brick wall to escape ( it was more close to a 20 foot wall ) I was a machine, mentally as much as physically ) and was sent into the better part the next day where we had a lot more freedom. Over a course of a few weeks my mood went from pretty good ( as I was actually on a high in the mental facility ) to very poor ( from the effects of the medication ) It wasnt straight jackets and lock down, we got to smoke as we pleased, watch tv, chat and muck around, free food but the only problem was that we had to earn our right to venture out side the facility and as time went on I got more freedom to come and go and was eventually released. Being released was great but at the height of my depression, come to think about it I actually missed the place not long after I left it because the depression sunk in pretty quick and just got worse over time.
