There is evidence of God’s love all around us; we just need to recognize it. A stranger’s all-too-perfectly timed random act of kindness. A deceased loved one who appears to you in a dream just when you need her most. A delayed flight that leads to an unexpected family reunion. These events are more than mere coincidences. They are proof that God’s love, God’s grace and God’s mercy are indeed revealed in Mysterious Ways. God revealed His Love & Mercy when my Dad aged 92 received the Last Sacrament & Holy Communion in the presence of all His children on Fri. 8th Aug. 2014 before he peacefully passed away on Sun. 10th Aug. 2014 morning at 8 a.m. in the presence of my brother & fly who were taking care of him. My Mum, I presume is preparing delicious Mughlai Biryani to welcome him in Paradise along with Mother Mary whom she loved very much. I pray my Dad too will be joining His Creator & the Heavenly Family for the meal! Thank you Lord for gifting me with a Dad whom You blessed with Wisdom, Patience, Fortitude, Courage, a Positive Attitude and a Cheerful Spirit. I thank You Lord for the righteous life that he lived fulfilling his duties & responsibilities as a Faithful Husband to my mother and a Committed Responsible Father to us his children instilling Your Values & Laws in us. Eternal Rest grant unto these wonderful Parents of mine O Lord & let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls rest in peace. Amen. Photo taken at his 90th Birthday!
