There is great pain that comes with a deeper faith in Him. Its nothing to boast about for if it were up to me, Id have asked God for an easier, simpler story. Id ask for less tears, scratches not wounds turned scars. We cant be completely protected from a broken world nor can we perfectly protect our loved ones from it. Jesus laid down his life not to rescue us from the enemy here, but to give us a strength and hope that tramples the worst that may come our way and be given an eternal life there (Heaven). May His strength be mighty and His hope be evident in our lives so others will see our King in us and cry out, Jesus! Alleluia! #livingouthopeinheartache
