There is no other alternative butTelangana Hyderabad, Aug 23: The Senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Ch Vidyasagar Rao has criticized the Congress leaders who had said that the CWC decision on Telangana was a final one, but now showing signs of weakness by talking of making Hyderabad as a Union Territory. Speaking to the media here on Thursday, he said that though the CWC had taken a decision on T state for votes and seats, it has brought relief to the people of Telangana region.After taking the decision, nowthe Congress leaders’ talk of taking the opinions of Seemandhra people was undemocratic and against the Constitution.He said it was not proper for the Chief Minister, who had said that he would abide by the decision of High Command, to now oppose T state formation. The BJP leader demanded the Centre to introduce the T Bill and get it passed.There was no other alternative but Telangana state with ten districts and Hyderabad as its capital, he asserted.
