There is no other point that financial assests of political parties are huge black boxes and hence require certain electoral reforms to fix it. However the recent ruling by CIC to bring six political parties under the ambit of RTI is highly unpragmatic. It has come out of a confused conceptual discourse to mend the clamour of accountability. The better mechanism would be to ensure tax compliance more effectively.
