There is no such thing as humane dairy, eggs, meat or humane Animal Agriculture. When we distinguish between factory farming and other forms of animal agriculture, essentially we are saying there are better and more humane ways of raising animals for food. Well there is not and should never differentiate between them. Animals are not on this planet for human’s greed. They are not ours, they have a life that matters to them as our life and freedom matters to us and our offspring. Even in the best of conditions animals aren’t ours to use. Like you of me, they experience pain like you and me they are sentient living beings. This means we shouldnt experiment on them, we shouldnt confine them in cages, we shouldnt hunt them, we shouldnt raise them and slaughter them for food just because it suites our palate preferences. humanemyth.org
