There is nothing wrong with politics. Using it for the very purpose of its being such, politics is good, should be good, and must remain for the good of the people. In the book by Machiavelli, the end justifies the means.. This is what some dynasties in the Philippine political landscape were able to achieve in the guise of delivering the "better goods and services" to people they govern.The simple truth, however, remains regardless of the goods and the services that were delivered.. the lack of moral ground or base because in the process of delivering said goods and services, corruption and machinations to achieve the one and only one self-serving end: to stay in power for as long as the little kapo-apuhan are still groomed to take over their lolos or lolas who are glued to their political positions the reasons for such adhesion (adhesives like 3M products hehe!) being the perpetual enjoyment of the so called privilege of fame, wealth and power! Poor rich and powerful dynasties..they will not earn the privilege to enter the gates of heaven.. unless they give up their insatiable quest for power and illegal wealth while still earthlings in this mundane world of ours...
