There is one recipe I miss from my childhood. Salmon Patties. My moms mom used to make them without a recipe, my mom learned from her, but she doesnt think she wrote it down and hasnt made them is so long, she cant remember. I loved the wonderfully crunchy outside with moist inside.... Oh my stomach just growled. My Granny (moms mom) cooked them in her CI, my mom used a teflon. (she washed the seasoning off of her moms CI, so Granny had to re-season it. LOL! So my mom never cared for cooking with CI because of the whole seasoning thing... hahahaha!) Anyhoo..... Anyone willing to share some good recipes??
