There is something about teaching Marx for two full days that leaves you decidedly angry with our growth-less, crisis-ridden, capital-dominated, inequality-increasing, and misery-reproducing global capitalism - even while recognizing all the problems with his account, and the somewhat ill-advised (and vastly underdeveloped) nature of his proposed grand solution. Still, more people need to read Marx and get angry, me thinks.
