There is something on my mind, Talking of the Osun election We all know the man will get the extension And many seem in euphoria of delusion. He stands tall on hill of mens emotion He foams at the the mouth like horse with a seizure His achievements they point at as a symbol Like a god they worship all his ambitions Once, enthralled I was with his demeanor On, I defended all his misgivings But now I can see well the beginning Of an evil so hidden you will never believe me. This is the beginning of another tenure Something tells me for many it may be tenuous Yes that does not seem now very obvious We have put on the throne an `impostor` Note. Impostor as used here is for one who portrays himself as he is not. I used it to preserve the rhymes.
