There is such a web of laws in this land it was never meant to be this way... it is way over regulated. Americans are losing freedoms right and left in courts of law everywhere. Why and how should one lawsuit outcome become the norm when it was the exception to the rule and that is why it went to court. This is not how laws should be established. It is the ruling of the court, not the law. Just because the courts ruled in 1 incident doesnt mean that is what everyone else should be subjected to. Courts of law have intricacies like evidence, circumstances and locations that apply to each case. These cases should be simply closed and apply to that situation. If the people of the land feel like the court case had merit then the people should vote on the issue. This way people who are affected are represented with the options considering their individual intricacies - our government now is trying to keep the people uneducated, instead we should have a government that supports knowledge of what is happening & people need to be a part of the why it is happening. We need to be involved, not bypassed! Most lawsuits in this nation are the offended individuals who arent walking life according to the normal customary ways & wants to alter everyone or the people they are suing into suffering or paying for a different opinion or forcing them to be controlled by the offended individuals.
