There really is a reason why we track compliance. It makes a huge difference in progress vs. no progress. And it really opens your eyes that 79%, 88%, 60%, etc, compliance isnt going to cut it. If youre not fully committed to a program DO NOT turn around and claim it did not work for you. Your program isnt a loose guideline to be chosen at leisure, even though you may think otherwise. If you choose not to be compliant, thats your choice. I love the saying you made your bed, sleep in it, meaning you made your choices so you cant complain about the consequences. It takes COMMITMENT. And sometimes you have to choose that daily. Making progress in your health and physical goals take WORK and time. Success doesnt happen over night. Coach Jennie
