There was a High Powered American Delegation in CHCH for a Meeting .they flew out Hours before the Quake Hit. to Japan to put Pressure on the Japanese Govt .stories of the Treat of a earthquake weapon were in the Japanese media while they were there and soon after the Fukushima ,Tsunami incident Occurred.. there was info on an Official USA info site about the Government officials trip to NZ/Japan but when i went back to it the following day all info had vanished... now the Nats had arranged for a Navy Exercise with USA in NZ Waters for the First time in Years Just off the CHCH coast. the Navys were set up to prepare 1000s of Meals on board ships to feed people in mergency shelters (the same thing Happened after Banda Arceh? Tsunami Earthquake Thailand etc where the US Navy sent helecopter Gun Ships and troops in to Help the Victims and had Tons of USAID Rice on Board to give to people which was on TV and in Photos after to show how well Prepared they were for the So Called Natural Disaster There was a HARRP person in the USA who posted a Video showing the high incidence of HAARP activity over CHCH just before the Quake hit.
