There was a lonely echo in the door way when I came home for the 1st time in 14 years to Kaileb not meeting me at the door. I had to make one of the hardest decisions Ive ever had to make and with incredible guilt had to do it for him. He was an old boy who lived a fabulous life and even though he ate his way through everything Ive ever owned until 5 years ago I would not trade that 80lb lap dog for a second. That dog was my life line through years of memories and milestones - my handsome boy was with me through thick and thin, I loved that dog more than anything and know he is in a better place.. KK Ella misses you also, she didnt even come up to her bed last night, she slept on your bed and keeps her head low waiting at the front door :( It will be a hard Christmas as the first without either of my grandparents or my best friend Ive had for almost half my life, I miss you all; sleep well sweetheart Ill miss you every day xoxo
