There was a question posted yesterday about access to Pacific City. I have confirmed there is public access both to the residential and of course commercial areas. The public path will ; - For the residential area, the public path will be run adjacent to the First St. public sidewalk between Atlanta Ave. and Pacific View Dr. and then turn southeasterly along the north side of Pacific View (adjacent to the public open space area in the residential portion of the project). - At about little past mid-block on Pacific View, the path continues across to the south side of Pacific View to a public path between the commercial and hotel properties connecting to PCH. It will be maintained by the property owners (no HOA since it is not a condo project)
