There was once a cobroke agent who rang me up for one of exclusive listings. After a usual round of qualifying, the cobroke agent told me that his buyer do not like the layout of the size i am marketing and whats more he have saw the mirror unit of mine. What would you do if you heard this? I tried qualifying further and find out that this buyer is a sure-buy criteria. I tried to convince the agent and assure that my unit is totally a different unit though it is mirror. Finally we proceed with the viewing that very day, the buyer is also a tenant staying in the same project. End of day, the buyer bought and told me, finally someone shown me sonething other than the layout and orientation of the flat. This incident always taught me not to be judgemental, you cannot get the result from a viewing or presentation because you do not know what they want, all you shown in the presentation is what you want. Clients can feel your passion and postive aura around you, and trust me, people love to talk to someone who have energy and passion for their career. A Great Monday to start with! Cheers!
