There were a lot of great things that happened this past weekend, all of which are monumentally trivial compared to *this*. The bad news: looks like my amazing cousin wont be able to compete as a rower in the 2016 Paralympics in Brazil after all. We were all so excited for him. :( The good news: nearly eight years after he was in a devastating motorcycle accident, leaving him wheelchair-bound and paralyzed from the waist down, the charismatic, vibrant, lively, and impressively athletic, Jason Peter Clark, shocked us all by beginning to walk again. So.speechless. Cant tell you how emotional this was to watch. Love you, cousin. So proud of you, and all youve accomplished. We knew you wouldnt take no for an answer, stubborn Clark you are. ;) Cant wait for all of us to be together again, and see this with my own eyes. Keep going, keep going, keep going!
