There were people in my feed arguing that Ray Rice should not have been released because his contract was violated. Uh, yall are privy to the terms of his agreement? Res judicatory doesnt apply to employment contracts. If he violated his contract, he can be penalized in the manner his contract lists. Mostly, Im disgusted people keep saying both people were wrong. The video is violent and disgusting. Ray Rice spit on his then fiancé, then when the doors closed punched her, she then retaliated, and he punched her hard enough that she was knocked unconscious. What did she do that makes them both wrong? Please review the power and control wheel. The dynamics of intimate partner violence and domestic violence are so important.
