Theres a hospital in Illinois called St Alexius medical center. Its the worst hospital on earth. Not only did they incur a Huge DVT in her arm by trying to get a pic line in ( no interpreter for a deaf child)they couldnt and left it in her all bloody and arm 5 times the size for 11 hours until the point it became a huge blood clot. Which created 2 more in her legs and a pulmonary embolism in her lungs.Shes been on blood thinner (daily shots since August) she had to go back (closest hospital and was an emergency) Now she has been on IV pain meds every 3 hrs, because she has 60 cm of small intestine. Pills dont help.never a problem and helps her excruciating pain. ALL DRS AGREED. A male nurse takes it upon himself to call a on call dr ( who never saw her)and he cease all medications, when her pain is beyond words. I get upset. After raising hell they give her ORAL ( CANT ABSORB) pain med. Which wouldnt help. They say in the morning dr will see her. NEVER CAME,NOR WILL HE. shes getting upset. SO I call and Im hung up on. She is then to a point of crying and her breathings becoming bad. Didnt care. FINALLY afer almost 2 days We got something,but it took her being on a floor crying htsterically,and they are still being mean to her and I. Also her magnesium and potassium were terribly low. She and I had to BEG for labwork and it came back extremely dangerously low.They gave her pills ( when she cant absorb them, and all week she NEEDED IV) Made her go through it getting much worse and us crying to get IV magnesium. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING MAJOR WRONG WITH YOURSELF OR A RELATIVE: DONT Go to ST ALEXIUS MEDICAL CENTER. MEANEST PEOPLE AND WORST CARE. WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT
