Theres a kitten at the Stanislaus animal shelter that I wanted to adopt. When I got to the counter they said he was not adoptable because he attempted to scratch a handler while they were drawing blood. He is so sweet and they took him out of the cage for me and he was so incredibly loving. He was licking me like a dog and I want him soooo bad. I just cant believe they will put him down. I thought about grabbing him and running out but I would never do that. What should I do? Hes still there has not been put down yet. :( Been thinking about him all week and I begged and called but they will not budge.
